Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At UrbanFlex, we take pride in delivering premium-quality men’s shirts with exceptional service. Please review our shipping and cancellation policies below to understand how we handle your orders with care and transparency.

Order Handling

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may require extra time for delivery.

  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via SMS or email for easy parcel tracking.

Shipping Charges

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special sales or promotional events.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • COD is available only for select pin codes.

  • A flat ₹90 COD fee is applicable per order.

Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
UrbanFlex will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

Once approved, cancellations will be processed and refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • You may refuse delivery; however, return shipping charges (approx. ₹120) will be deducted from your refund after the parcel is received back in original condition.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Customized or made-to-order items once production has started.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • COD Orders: No refund is applicable as no advance payment is collected.
